Holidays @ the HUB
This Christmas season, the Makerspace hosted 3 different events. Our”Holidays @ the HUB” was an open community event to come and createChristmas decorations! The event was a huge hit with our own PaducahCity family, as well as community businesses! One business even paid for their employees to attend and enjoy the event with their family!

The students built their own shelters for the tundra, after they visited the tundra through a VR experience. In another rotation, the students built an organism to live in the tundra from clay. They presented their internal and external structures to help their organism survive. Augmented reality was used to take their 2D drawings to 3D drawings.
