Abilities Classroom Teacher – Sarah Trussell
Sarah Trussell is excited to begin her 24th year as a special education teacher. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with students at Cooper Whiteside, Morgan, Clark, and Paducah Tilghman High School in Paducah City Schools. Most recently, she spent the last seven years teaching at Lone Oak Middle School and Hendron Lone Oak Elementary in McCracken County.
Outside of school, Sarah is married and the proud mother of three children. Two of her children are currently attending college, and her youngest is a junior at Paducah Tilghman High School.
She is thrilled to be returning to Paducah City Schools and looks forward to building relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
